<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;"> ZS-GF-5299D是一种低粘度双组分加成型有机硅灌封胶，导热保护灌封胶可以室温固化，也可以加热固化，具有温度越高固化越快的特点。导热保护灌封胶在固化反应中不产生任何副产物，可以应用于****oly-carbonate)、PP、ABS、PVC等材料及金属类的表面。完全符合欧盟ROHS指令要求。<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;">

<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;">     2、混合时：应遵守A组分： B组分 = 1：1的重量比，并搅拌均匀。 -<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;">

<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;">     3、排泡：胶料混合后应真空排泡1-3分钟。<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;">

<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;"> 4、灌封：混合好的胶料应尽快灌注到被灌产品中，以免后期胶料增稠而流动性不好<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;">

<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;"> 5、固化：室温加温固化均可。温度越高，固化速度越快。气温较低时，要适当延长固化时间。在冬<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;">

<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;">    <*n>季需很长时间才能固化，建议采用加热方式固化，80～100℃下固化15分钟，室温条件下一般需<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;">

<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;"> 3、导热保护灌封胶*，具有良好的惰性，对皮肤无刺激和伤害。导热保护灌封胶不含有**成份，不会引发火灾及****事故，对运输无特殊要求。<*n style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10.5000pt;">
