<*n>原产地证明、卫生证、国外标签样张、国外标签翻译件、箱单、Invoice、合同。

<*n>二、自动进口许可证（7证）如何办理？所需资料如下：

       1、进出口****书复印件或《对外贸易经营者备案登记表》复印件；外资企业提供批准证书（副本）（****公历年度内初次申领者提交）；对外贸易经营者备案登记表》

       2、企业法人营业执照副本复印件（****公历年度内初次申领者提交）；

       3、企业*机构代码证复印件（****公历年度内初次申领者提交）；

       4、有效的货物进口合同复印件；

       5、外资企业还需提供企业验资报告（复印件一份）；由单位签章给经办人的授权委托书（正本一份）；

       6、对进口货物用途或者****终用户法律法规有特定规定的，应当提交进口货物用途或者****终用户符合*规定的证明材料；

       7、属于委托代理进口的，应当提交委托代理进口协议（正本）；

<*n>三、进口清关的流程及时间：

       1、进口单证准备（国外供货商在货物到港前提供）

       2、设计中文标签（我司在货物到港前设计）

       3、货物到港 （根据发货地点不同）

       4、换单（1工作日）

       5、报检（1-3工作日）

       6、报关（1-3工作日）

       7、出税单（1个工作日）

       8、交税（客户交税）

       9、审价（审价没问题就开始贴标）（1-3工作日）

       10、贴标签（保税区仓库开始贴标）（2-3个工作日）

       11、抽样（商检老师）（1天）

       12、货物放行（进口企业或是货代安排）（一天）

       13、出卫生证书（商检局）（20天~  一个月）
