设备主要分为四个单元：高速理盖单元、视觉检测单元、不良品剔除单元、计数出料单元。

视觉检测单元采用6套视觉处理系统对瓶盖正反两面及侧面360度全方位检测，软件算法成熟稳定，可根据客户需求灵活更改。

设备可对瓶盖的变形、圆度、飞边、黑点、脏污、缺料等进行高速检测，从理盖到检测再到计数包装全部自动化，满足企业高速生产时对产品质量管理的需求，优化生产工艺，****检测效率和准确性，降低企业人力成本。

The equipment can detect for the deforma-tion, roundness, flash, black dot, underfeed-ing and etc of the caps at a high speed.
