A.锌层表面连续并且有实用性、光滑。

B.镀件的安装结合不允许有流挂、滴流或熔渣存在。

C.镀件表面应无漏镀、漏铁等缺陷，但缺陷为下列情况是允许存在。

a.漏镀面积为直径0.5mm以下斑点。

b.不论镀件大小，漏镀面积在直径0.5mm-1mm的斑点，在每平方厘米内不多于3点，且在镀件的总斑点数不超过10点。

c.在非连接或非接角处，高度不超过1.5mm的流挂滴流或熔渣。

d.镀件或挂具及操作工具的接触有伤痕但不露铁。
