VCI-CX-1522清洗剂清洗时要掌握好水ji金属清洗剂温度。一般情况下，随着清洗剂温度的升高，其去污能力也随之提高，除锈剂成分，但超过一定温度后，去污能力反而下降。所以，每一种清洗剂都有一个*适宜的温度范围，并不是温度越高越好。特别是非离子型清洗剂，当加热到一定温度时，清洗剂便出现混浊现象，此时的温度称为"浊点"，活性剂在水中的溶解度下降，某些成分因受热发生分解而失去作用，去污能力反而降低。因此，非离子型清洗剂的温度应控制在浊点以下。

Application Method
VCI-CX-1522 can be applied by dip， spray and brush.
·Light corrosi*pray or brush on metal surface， placing 10-15 minutes，金属除锈剂cx1522， then finally rinse thoroughly with water.
·Medium corrosi*pray or brush on metal surface， the placing time can be prolonged， then can adopt to remove rust or repeat removing rust.
·Serious corrosion: use rust parts to dip in VCI-CX-1522 until all rust is removed completely. The removing rust result will be better if the temperature of VCI-CX-1522 can be heated to 65℃.
Packaging and Storage
·Packaging:VCI-CX-1522 is *ailable in 500 ml aerosol can and 20 kg drum.
·Storage:VCI-CX-1522 has a shelf life of 12 months.
