真空电镀表面丝印油墨

电镀系列油墨

1、油墨特性：低气味，高光泽，色泽鲜艳，遮盖力强，耐酒精，耐汽油，*腐蚀。

2、适用材料：主要应用于各种五金，真空电镀、电镀、也可用于喷漆机烤漆面材料。

3、技术参数：

1. a.  粘度：8000—12000CPS；
2. b.  细度：5UM↓ 、光泽：60°↑ ；
3. c.  干燥条件：65℃—70℃，25min  自干24小时
4. d.  铅笔硬度：2H↑ ；
5. e.  耐盐务性：24H；
6. f.  耐酒精：99％乙醇1000g力来回50次；
7. g.  *：1000g力来回超过30次；
8. h. 过网性：77T—145T网纱〔金、银粉调配颜色除外〕

4、稀释剂的选择：稀释剂：S—783：便用前添加13％—15％的DB—01固化剂。

5、注意事项：

a.使用前将油墨与固化剂搅拌均匀，用后4个小时后须更换新的油墨,以便出现干网,和固化剂凝固! 

b.根据需要可添加15％—20％的稀释剂进行稀释；

c.施工件在施工前清除表面油渍及污物；

d.需多色套印时应等前面的颜色表干后进行套色；

e.在作测试时应先让墨层完全干燥 ；      

d.不得将油墨与其它油墨混合及配色，添加固化剂后，效果会大大的****，若加固化剂后请将油墨在4小时用完。

6、应急处理措施：

a.如浸溅到眼部立即清水清洗，严重者就医。

b.灭火急救措施：用干粉，泡沫灭火器或沙子灭火。

2, applicable material*ainly used in all kinds of ha*are, electroplating, can also be used for PP materials.
3, technical parameters:
A. viscosity: 8000 - 12000CPS;
B.: 5UM:: gloss, fineness of 60 degrees up;
C. drying conditi*: 65 DEG C - 70 DEG C, 25min dry for 24 hours
D. pencil hardness: 2H up;
Salt resistance: 24H e.;
F. alcohol resistance: 99% ethanol 1000g force back and forth 50 times;
G. wear: 1000g force back and forth more than 30 times;
H*work: 77T - 145T Jacobs, except gold and silver powder colors.
4, diluent choice: diluent: S - 783: before use, add 13% - 15% of DB - 01 curing agent.
5, matters needing attention:
A. use before the ink and curing agent mixing evenly, use 4 hours later, must replace the new ink, in order to appear dry nets, and curing agent solidification!
B. may add 15% - 20% diluent to dilute as needed;
C. c*truction parts to remove surface grease and dirt before c*truction;
D. multicolor, should wait for the color table in fro*f dry color;
E. should allow the ink layer completely dry when testing;
D. shall not ink and other ink mixing and color matching, add curing agent, the effect will be greatly improved, if add curing agent, please ink in 4 hours run out.
6, emergency treatment measures:
A. if splashed to the eye, immediately clean water, seriou*edical treatment.
B. fire emergency measures: use dry powder, foam extinguisher or sand to extinguish fire.
