Basic types of

· teflon PTFE:

PTFE n*tick coating can be used continuously at 260℃, with the highest operating temperature 290-320℃, very low friction coefficient, good wear resistance and excellent chemical stability. Can not injection, can be extruded molding or paint.

· teflon FEP:

FEP or F46 (fluorinated ethylene-propylene copolymer) n*tick coating in baking molten flow to form a non-porous film, with excellent chemical stability, excellenick characteristics, the highest temperature of use is 200℃, the melting point is 270℃, can be injection, extrusion.

· teflon PFA:

PFA (perfluoroalkyl) n*tick coatings, like FEP, melt and flow to form nonporous films during baking. The advantage of PFA is that it has a higher continuous service temperature of 260℃, stronger toughness, especially suitable for the application of anti-adhesion and chemical resistance under high temperature conditi*. Can be suitable for any process.

· teflon ETFE:

ETFE is a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene. The resin is the toughest fluoropolymer and can form a highly durable coating with excellent chemical resistance and can work continuously at 150℃. It can be molded, extruded or painted.

After the teflon coating, it has the following characteristics:

1. Non-viscosity:

Almost nothing sticks to the teflon film. Very thin films also exhibit excellent nonadhesion.

2. Heat resistance:

Teflon film has excellent heat and low temperature resistance. It can withstand high temperature to 300℃ in a short time, and can be used continuously between 240℃ and 260℃ generally. It has remarkable thermal stability. It can work at freezing temperature without embrittlement and not melt at high temperature.

3. Slippability:

Teflon film has low friction coefficient. The friction coefficient changes during load sliding, but the value is only between 0.05 and 0.15.

4. Moisture resistance:

Teflon film surface is not stained with water and oil, production operation is not easy to be stained with soluti*uch as a *all amou*f dirt, simple wipe can be removed. Short downtime, s*e working hours and improve work efficiency.

5. Abrasion resistance:

Under high load, it has excellent wear resistance. Under a certain load, it has the dual advantages of abrasion resistance and non-adhesion.

6. Corrosion resistance:
