HPQY is produced by drawing fiber (9 micron o*micron) from high purity (SiO2> 99.95%; exclusive of binder) quartz rods. So quartz fiber ha*any superb properties : high purity, high temperature resistance, ablation resistance, low heat-conduction, Anti-thermal Shocks, excellen*electrical property&nb*nd chemical stability. Primarily used a*aterials of electric insulation, heat insulation, com*ite reinforcement , etc. Typical products are aircraft nose, radome , rocket tailpipe nozzle&nb*nd ablative material of *ce vehicle,etc. Otherwise some other quartz fiber products are *ailable , such as fabric, tape,chopped strands, unwoven roving, rope,wool and braided sleeving .
高纯石英纤维<*n>(SiO2> 99.95%)<*n>是由高纯石英棒熔融拉制而成的连续长纤维。其具有高纯度、耐高温、耐烧蚀、低导热、*热震、优良的介电性能和良好的化学稳定性等。主要用作电绝缘材料、隔热材料和复合材料的增强体。用于制造飞机机头、雷达罩、火箭的尾喷管、空间航天器的烧蚀材料等。另我们还可根据客户需要提供其他石英纤维产品，诸如布、带、短切纤维、无捻粗纱、绳、棉、编织套管等。
