棕刚玉是以铝矾土、焦碳(*煤)为主要原料,在电孤炉内经高温冶炼而成,主要化学成份属AL2O3,TIO2还含有少量的SiO2和Fe2O3等,显微硬度HVl800-2200,韧性比SiC高,用它制成的磨具,适于磨削*张较高的金属也用于研磨玻璃制品制品,工业除锈及水切割等o(1)对硅片、光学镜头 、精密仪器仪表、抛光玻壳、玻璃器皿、陶瓷石料、皮革、 塑料、金属机件能****光洁度,(2)可喷砂切割,是制造砂轮、油石、砂布、砂的必须原料;(3)可作为修筑高速公路路面、飞机跑道、*橡胶、工业地坪.防滑油漆等尚佳的*材料;(4)可作化工、石油、制药、水处理过滤的介质和钻井泥浆加重剂;(5)对电镀、*的防护具有良好的效果。 (6) 是水洗厂牛仔服喷砂车间用砂.水切割行业****的配砂o
低碳棕刚玉经过炉前和特殊工艺的再处理,降低棕刚玉中残余碳的含量,使产品在使用中不粉化、不爆裂、韧性大是磨料磨具行业,耐火材料行业的****原料。主要用于陶瓷磨具、****磨具、有机磨具、砂带、涂附磨具等, 根据残碳含量分为:煅烧棕刚玉C≤0.05%、低碳棕刚玉C≤0.10%、普通棕刚玉C≤0.15%。

Microco*ic shape is a hexagonal crystal, Mohs hardness is 9.2., Vickers hardness is 3000-3300 kg/mm, microhardness is 3000-3300kg/mm3. Among abrasives, silicon carbide’s hardness is higher than corundum, and ranked below diamond, CBN and boron carbide. Density generally viewed is 3.20g/ mm3 , density of heap is 1.2-1.6g/ mm3 , specific gr*ity is 3.20~3.25. Raw material of green silicon carbide are petroleum coke and quality silic*and, appended with salt, then *elt in electric arc furnace. Compared with green silicon carbide, the purity, hardness and brittleness of black silicon carbide are lower .
