A-120<*n>型吊复式复轨器采用<*n>A<*n>字型结构，利用三角形的稳定性，在所有组件之间采用铰接，使整个设备在操作过程中具有灵活性，保证在救援起复作业时故障车辆举升、横移的稳定，举升缸上设计液压安全控制锁，即使在起复过程中油管突发爆裂油缸也不会回落，起复过程采用远程控制，确保作业人员和设备（机车、车辆）的安全。
A-120<*n>型吊复式型复轨器起复点低、升程高、起复速度快、横移量大、工作安全可靠、举升横移可一次性完成，且不会发生倒伏事故，可适用于任何场合救援起复作业，吊复在现场非常方便，特别是大型救援设备不能发挥作用的地方，更显示出<*n>A-120<*n>型吊复式复轨器的优越性。
<*n>为了减轻单件部件重量和解决路基不平稳等起复安装作业问题，A-120<*n>型吊复式复轨器采用拼装式底座设计，不仅能够解决掉道车辆两侧不同高度工作点及某些路基不平稳时保持较好水平的正常救援起复作业，底座之间采用拉纤钢板连接，能调整<*n>A-120<*n>型吊复式复轨器两只液压缸底座之间的距离，从而解决掉道机车车辆顶举点低起复的问题，因此即使机车车辆掉道很低的情况下，也不要进行二次起复。
<*n>由于A-120<*n>型吊复式复轨器操作时液压缸工作的灵活性，两只液压缸的举升与回落相互之间是互不受影响，由操作人员根据救援起复作业时的实际情况选择哪只液压缸举升，也可同时举升。但是由于机车、车辆在掉道后存在左右倾斜，一般而言先举升较低一边的液压缸，当掉道机车、车辆平行时可选择两只缸同时举升，也可选择交替举升，在回落过程中也一样。因此，使用<*n>A-120<*n>吊复式型复轨器可省去掉道机车车辆救援起复作业前的扶正。
