标签检测设备采用机器视觉系统进行在线高速检测，设备主要分为三个单元：视觉检测单元、系统控制单元、不良品剔出单元。
视觉检测单元采用高速相机配合视觉*LED光源，图像清晰，软件算法成熟稳定，操作步骤简单易懂。对标签有无、位置高低、褶皱*损等不良进行检测并自动剔除，实现并满足客户对高速在线生产质量管理的需求,****检测效率和准确性，降低企业人力成本。
