SD9000高压励磁屏

采用微机型自并励励磁系统，由微机磁力控制单元、可控硅功率单元、灭磁及转子过电压保护单元等构成。其中励磁控制、功率、灭磁及转子过电压保护单元等集成于一控制柜中。

励磁系统性能

励磁系统满足发电、调峰、调频、调相、线路充电和带线路零起升压等要求；励磁系统满足手动自动准同期并列的要求；励磁系统保证在励磁电流小于或等于1.1倍额定励磁电流下能够长期稳定运行；励磁系统能提供不低于18信额定励磁电流，时间不小于20秒；励磁系统保证发电机空载运行时，频率变化1%，端电压波动不大于额定値&plu*n;0.1%；机组在正常停机时采用逆变方式进行灭磁，在电气事故时跳开磁场断路器进行灭磁；励磁系统能够满足发电机空载调压及零起20~130%额定电压升压的要求，且在发电机任何电压点下均能稳定运行。励磁装置电源采用交/直流双电源输入双电源模块并列供电，任一路电源投切均不会对装置的正常运行产生影响，所采用的AC/DC和DC/DC电源模块均为进口工业级产品。励磁系统装设有过电流、过电压保护及励磁绕组回路过电压保护装置；励磁系统绝缘耐压符合有关标准规定；起励方式为残压起励，或直流220V他励起励方式。

通讯

励磁控制单元可提供串行现场总线(RS232C、RS485)等通讯接口，根据约定的通讯协议(MUDBUS等通用的通讯协议及我公司的自定义协议)，实现与电厂监控系统的数据通讯。将励磁系统的各参量上传到监控系统，并接收监控系统控制(电压、无功、功率因数设定等)。
