一、用途:
直埋式波纹补偿器主要用于直埋管道的轴向补偿,具有*弯能力。
使用说明:
直埋式波纹补偿器主要适用于轴向补偿,同时具有*****弯能力,所以不考虑管道下沉的影响。直埋式波纹补偿外壳及导向套筒 保护下实现自由伸缩补偿,其它性能跟普通波纹补偿器相同。
热变形计算:
△L=a·t·L=0.0133×360×30=143.6mm
注:a为碳钢通常采用的膨胀系数
t 为管道介质的温度-安装时的环境温度
L为两个固定支架之间的长度
安装注意事项:
3.1为使直埋是波纹补偿器起到补偿作用,补偿器两端必须设固定支架,****管道受内压推力影响外移拉伸。
3.2补偿器的一端(指单向补偿的直埋式补偿器死端)要靠近一端的固定支架,用补偿器的活头补偿管道。
3.3根据补偿量设定两个固定支架的距离,补偿量一般不大于管径。
3.4试压过程中以补偿器不得出现拉伸现象。
