5<*n>、A517GrQ (Modified)<*n>桩腿钢板<*n>氢致裂纹敏*
<*n>对于72.5mm<*n>厚度钢板<*n>需做HIC<*n>试验的钢板，试样调质后需进行<*n>HIC<*n>试验，HIC<*n>试验参照标准NACE TM0284-2011<*n>，A<*n>溶液<*n>。HIC<*n>试验一组至少3<*n>个HIC<*n>试样，HIC<*n>试验结果应符合：裂纹敏感率CSR≤2% 、<*n>裂纹长度率CLR≤15% 、<*n>裂纹厚度率 CTR≤5%<*n>。HIC<*n>试验过程及结果需<*n>ABS认可，并递交买方进行评估。如果钢厂有资料证明半弦管钢板能满足氢致裂纹敏*的要求，并且该资料已得到ABS<*n>的认可，则<*n>HIC<*n>实验可以取消。
<*n>在合同中未注明需做HIC<*n>试验的钢板，则不做<*n>HIC<*n>试验。
6<*n>、A517GrQ (Modified)<*n>桩腿钢板<*n>表面质量
钢板禁止焊接修补。钢板禁止有裂纹、拉裂、分层等缺陷，<*n>修整超过深度为0.5mm<*n>的氧化铁皮压痕，表面质量符合ASTMA20/A20M<*n>和EN10163<*n>的规定。表面要求和修整状态应满足EN10163-2<*n>中B<*n>级要求。注：以满足ABS<*n>规范要求为前提。
7<*n>、A517GrQ (Modified)<*n>桩腿钢板<*n>超声波探伤
<*n>钢板逐张进行超声波探伤，探伤标准为ASTM A578/A578M C<*n>级，具体在合同中注明。
8<*n>、A517GrQ (Modified)<*n>桩腿钢板<*n>检验规则
8.1A517GrQ (Modified)<*n>桩腿钢板<*n>逐轧制张<*n>组批，正火交货<*n>钢板逐批<*n>检验力学性能，调质交货<*n>钢板逐热处理张<*n>检验力学性能。
8.2 A517GrQ (Modified)<*n>桩腿钢板<*n>力学性能试验方法符合A370<*n>的规定。
9<*n>、A517GrQ (Modified)<*n>桩腿钢板每个炉批号选一块坯料，<*n>钢锭成材，由质量部开委托，对钢板进行低倍检查，试验方法应满足 GB/T226-91<*n>《钢的低倍*及缺陷酸腐蚀试验法》规定，级别评定满足GB/T1979-2001<*n>《结构钢低倍*缺陷评级图》规定，其结果应满足偏析≤0.5 <*n>级，并得到船级社确认。

10.3A517GrQ (Modified)<*n>桩腿钢板定义钢板头部对应于钢锭冒口端，侧喷标识喷印在尾部（远离冒口位置）。
11<*n>、A517GrQ (Modified)<*n>桩腿钢板<*n>验收方法
<*n>经美国船级社ABS<*n>验船师认证。
12<*n>、A517GrQ (Modified)<*n>桩腿钢板<*n>质量证明书
质保书中需包含<*n>购买方的名称、项目号（项目号在合同中注明）<*n>、钢板牌号（ASTM A517GrQ Modified<*n>）、尺寸、化学成分、力学性能<*n>、交货状态、试样热处理条件（温度，<*n>时间）、炉号、批号、超声波探伤及结果<*n>，备注：ULTRASONIC EXAMINATION:ACCEPTABLE<*n>。<*n>质保书一式3<*n>份<*n>。
