概述
ZG系列惯性振动器可直接用于作为仓壁振动器且惯性振动器使用方便、结构简单是利用装在***的双出轴三相异步电机转子两端的偏心块提供振动力的一种新型振动驱动装置。

<*n style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12px"> YZO-100-6<*n style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12px">振动电机<*n style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12px">的*要根据振动电机实际的工作环境来定，各个工作环境下的设备*方法都是不一样的，首先比较重要的是给轴承补充油脂，一般2-3个月补油一次。然后建议每半年清理一次机体的灰尘，检查线圈的绝缘电阻，接线是否牢固等。每使用一年的时候清理机体内外的灰尘，检查各紧固螺栓是否松动，检查轴承是否有磨损等。对设备的检查除了这些外，别的检查还有听设备在运行时否有异常声音，若有异常响声需马上停止电机运行，进行故障排查。再有就是对温度的检测，用测温仪或者手背对振动电机的机壳、端盖等部位进行温度检测，若温度超过60度，就应对轴承、电缆接头、电压等地方进行排查了。
<*n style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12px"> YZO-100-6<*n style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12px">振动电机<*n style="font-family:宋体; font-size:12px">的*，其实是对电机轴承的*，因为它是造成大多数振动电机损坏的主要原因。没有注油嘴的振动电机工作累计满1500小时需拆卸清洗轴承，并更换新润滑油。有注油嘴的振动电机工作累计满5000小时需拆卸清洗轴承，并更换新润滑油。这是一定要坚持的，而且不能超过了再还，提前换，保证定期定时的换油。那么其实对于*来说，***为重要的，就是给振动电机上润滑油了，加润滑油，也是按照时间规定来加的，一般来说，初次使用振动电机累计工作时间满200小时加注一次，以后满400小时加注一次，如环境温度高，应缩短加注时间。
