<*n>催化燃烧装置(*n> Catalytic Oxidizer,简称CO),主要是利用催化剂来改变反应条件以达到在较低条件下去除有机物的净化装置,催化燃烧装置内所发生的的气-固相催化反应的实质是活性氧参与的深度氧化作用。在催化净化过程中,催化剂用来降低化学反应的活化能,使反应条件更有利于所能控制的条件。借助催化剂的作用使废气在较低的起燃温度条件下,发生无焰燃烧,并将其氧化分解为无害的C02和H20,同时放出大量的热能,从而达到去除废气中*物质的目的。化学反应方程式为:
<*n>结构组成*n>
<*n>阻火过滤器*n>——由多层丝网组成,可阻止火焰通过,过滤掉气体中较大污物,是本净化装置的安全装置之一;
<*n>换热器*n>——板式结构,它的作用是利用催化反应放出热量,加热进气,****热能利用率,减少加热电能;
<*n>预热室*n>——由电热管加热,****进气温度达到催化反应条件;
<*n>热电阻*n>——利用镍铬考钢带不锈钢保护管的热电阻;
<*n>催化床*n>——由多层蜂窝状(块状)催化剂组成,为本净化装置的核心;
<*n>防器*n>——为模片泄压孔式,当设备运行发生意外事故时,可及时裂开泄压,****意外事故发生;
<*n>整个催化燃烧设备为整体,将热交换器、预热装置、催化反应室组成一个整体,形成一个体积小、结构紧凑、气流运行流畅的有机体。设备上配套了两个温度控制点,监控电加热温度和有机气体氧化分解温度;整个设备中加热温度设置为*n>250~280℃,反应温度设置为400℃,为了保证催化剂的使用寿命,整个装置的高工作温度为450℃。
<*n>设备四周采用耐高温阻燃的保温材料保温,厚度为*n>100mm,保证外壳温度小于50℃。

<*n>当催化燃烧炉内压力突然上升,为阻止系统发生危险,在催化燃烧炉顶部设置*片,对系统实施保护,本系统*片选用不锈钢材质,*压力可根据系统设计来确定。*n>
<*n>催化剂*n>
<*n>*催化剂采用堇青石蜂窝陶瓷体作为****载体,*n>Al2O3作为第二载体,以*Pd、Pt等作为主要活性组分,用高分散率均匀分布的方法制备而成,从而加快反应的速度,降低反应的温度,常规规格型号:100mm*100mm*50mm。
