干雾*降尘系统

干雾降尘的原理：

干雾*颗粒与粉尘颗粒相互碰撞后，粘结、凝聚、膨胀体积*与烟气分离，空气雾化扇形喷嘴，下落到料场、渣场内。这种*就要求水雾颗粒越小越好甚至是烟气颗粒的倍数以下。影响干雾*除尘的效果的主要因素有：

（1） 水滴的颗粒度大小；要求水滴直径比粉尘的粒径小，一般液滴直径为20-50微米；

（2） 干雾抑尘喷嘴*速度与粉尘上扬的速度差越大降尘效果越佳；

（3）单位体积空气耗水量越多，降尘的效率越高；

（4）粉尘密度高的话降尘效率也会好很多；

（5）降尘效果与降尘的环境有一定的关系，降尘空间湿度较大，降尘效率越高。
