  产品的*性质：

采用*植物油酸为原料，通过合成与提纯等精细工序制得本品，不溶于水，在醇、酯、酮、苯类等溶剂中有一定的溶解性。对热、氧、紫外线具有较好的稳定性，能在物质界面形成单分子膜，具有爽滑、润滑、脱模、防湿、防沉淀、*粘结、*污损、*静电、分散等****，本品已通过SGS绿色环保检测，符合欧盟RoHS环保指令，允许用于食品容器和食品包装材料中（GB9685-2008）。

  产品应用：

  1.   可用于食品容器、各种包装膜、农用薄膜、液体（牛奶、豆浆）包装膜、购物袋（膜）、

降解膜、水果网套（发泡聚乙烯）、PP瓦楞状泡沫塑料膜、透汽（水）膜等薄膜或薄片、隔离膜等，能迅速降低薄膜（薄片）表面的动态和静态摩擦系数（≤0.2），****易加工性（高流动性、低能耗性、消除气泡等），解决在高速加工或自动化、高速化包装作业时因摩擦造成的静电危害，有效****薄膜的粘连，****制品的爽滑手感和表面光滑度；

  2.   可用作塑料表印油墨的功能助剂，****油墨的爽滑手*、*刮性、*粘性和分散性；

  3.   在聚乙烯热塑性粉末涂料中添加本品，可显著****粉末涂料的流动性和爽滑性；

  4.   可用作涂料的润滑剂和HT铝TH化涂料的分散稳定剂、光亮剂，以及金属防腐蚀剂；

  5.   可用作PE、PP、EVA、GPPS、PE等树脂或塑料的润滑剂、爽滑剂、*擦伤剂和*结块

添加剂；

  6.   可用作各种密封材料（垫片、垫圈）的添加剂，以及色母粒的光亮爽滑剂等。

  包装、贮运：

产品用复合袋包装，每袋净重20kg或25kg，每个托盘1000kg，包装物符合国际规则，运输时应****日光直射和雨淋，贮存期六个月，建议存放在避光和干燥阴凉通风处，超过35℃可能会导致结块或变色，六个月后检验合格仍可使用，本品按一般*规定贮运。

Product application:

1 can be used for food containers, all kinds of packaging film, agricultural film, liquid (milk, soy milk) packaging film, shopping bags (film),

Membrane degradation, fruit set (EPE), PP corrugated foam films, through steam (water) film and film or sheet, the isolation membrane etc., can rapidly reduce the film (sheet) surface of the dynamic and static friction coefficient (less than or equal to 0.2), improve the ease of processing (high flow, low power c*umption, elimination of bu*les, etc.), solution in high speed machining or automation, high speed packaging operati* because of the friction caused by the electrostatic haza*, effective to prevent the film adhesion, improve product cool slippery feel and surface *oothness;

2 can be used as a function of plastic sheet printing ink additives, improve the ink *ooth hand feeling, scratch resistance, anti viscosity and dispersion;
